Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

To confirm your place, full payment is required at the time of booking. You can make payment easily through our website or by bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Les Holland Logistics (LHL) Ltd. We appreciate your prompt payment, which helps us secure your booking smoothly.

Age Policy

Passengers under the age of 18 must travel with a responsible adult, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Please note that children under 16 years old cannot travel on board without an accompanying adult. Child fares apply to those aged under 16 on the day of travel.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Please note that all day trips are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to travel, your ticket can be transferred to another person, provided you notify us at least one week before the departure date. Simply let us know of any name changes so we can update our records for insurance purposes — there’s no charge for this service. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trip (for example, due to insufficient bookings), we will contact you one week prior to departure. You’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative trip, subject to availability.

Alcohol Policy

For the comfort and safety of all our passengers, we kindly ask that no alcohol be brought onto or consumed during our day trips. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

Booking Agreement

Your booking with Les Holland Coach Travel is made under these Terms and Conditions, together with the written confirmation provided at the time of reservation. This agreement helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all our passengers.

Seat Requirement

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, each person travelling must have their own seat on the coach — this includes infants over 18 months of age. We recommend that parents or guardians provide a suitable car or booster seat for young children, as required for their age and safety.

Departure & Punctuality

Our coach schedules are carefully planned to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone. Occasionally, delays may occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, but we always do our best to keep to time. Please arrive at your pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the stated departure time. Unfortunately, the coach cannot wait for late arrivals, and if you are not present at the scheduled time, the coach will depart without you. Your return time will be confirmed by your driver on the day of travel. It is your responsibility to return to the coach promptly at the given time. If you miss the return departure, it will be assumed that you are making your own way home. Les Holland Coach Travel cannot accept responsibility for any losses or additional costs incurred as a result of late arrival at either the outbound or return departure points.

Itinerary Updates

From time to time, we may need to make small adjustments to the planned itinerary. These changes are always made with care to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment throughout the trip.

Smoking & Vaping Policy

To ensure a clean and comfortable journey for all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal substances are not permitted on board our coaches at any time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
