There is so much to see and do; starting with the Albert Dock where you can choose to visit the Beatles Story, Tate Liverpool or simply stroll around and enjoy the scenery, shops, cafes and restaurants. Admire the The Three Graces, including the iconic Liver Building, and take in the views from the Pier Head, head inside the Cunard Building to explore popular music from 1940s to present day at the British Music Experience. For Shoppers, there is the Liverpool ONE shopping centre, located right by the iconic waterfront and home to more than 170 stores, bars and restaurants.

For the best bars and nightlife, make your way down to Mathew Street for a taste of Beatles Liverpool – A trip to the famous Cavern Club is a must!

CHESTER is a medieval city with a unique character. Famed by its stunning black and white Tudor buildings, majestic 900-year-old Cathedral and Roman walls; it is known as one of the UK’s best-preserved medieval cities.   The ancient city is a truly breathtaking experience. Each chapter of Chester’s history is etched into the very fabric of the city.

Chester has the most complete city walls, the oldest racecourse and the largest Roman Amphitheatre in Britain, plus a 1000 year old Cathedral with Europe’s finest example of medieval carvings – and of course the one and only 700 year old Rows galleries where shopping is a double delight.  You’ll find shops galore offering the hottest fashion, all set against a background of unique treasures of antiquity and a vibrant cafe culture where outdoor dining and people watching go hand in hand.

Itinerary

Saturday : Day 1

Arrive at the Hotel approximately 13:00 to check in. Coach will depart from the Hotel at 3:00pm to drop off in Liverpool City Centre for you to enjoy free time in Liverpool.

You will then be required to make your own way back to the hotel at a time to suit you.  A local taxi costs approximately £18-£20 (£5 per person).

Sunday : Day 2: After breakfast, the Coach Departs the Hotel at 10:30am where you have two options:

Option 1 – spend the day in Liverpool City Centre

Option 2 – spend the day with us on our excursion to Chester.

Coach leaves Liverpool approximately 16:00 for the journey back to Hull

Arrive back in Hull approximately 19:00
